The groomsmen have 2 choices when it comes to getting ready. You have the granary (near the car park), which is the most popular choice, and then you have the lovely fisherman’s cottage behind the lake. The sun was shining for this gorgeous summer wedding at Leez priory, so I suggested walking around the grounds once they were ready and perhaps having a celebratory glass of champers to finish the session. They obliged and the memories were fantastic:

The bride has a few rooms connected upstairs in the main building to make up her getting ready quarters. No need for umbrellas or jackets in the summer, so it’s a lovely opportunity to capture some beautiful couple shots as they walk up from the main building and arrive at the coach house. I often defer the couple shots until after the meal when couples are fed and watered and more up for walking around the grounds.
