Spot Me in An Essex Wedding Magazine for 2026
Hey Guys! If you’re currently in the thick of wedding planning, first off: congrats! It’s such an exciting (and let’s be real, slightly chaotic) time. Whether you’re scouting for the perfect rustic barn or a chic manor house, finding the right inspiration is key to making your day feel like you.
If you’ve been flipping through the latest issue of An Essex Wedding magazine for some local inspo, you might have spotted a familiar face (well, a familiar camera lens!) on page 19. I am beyond thrilled to have a full-page advert in the March/April 2026 issue (Issue 127). Seeing my work in such a gorgeous local publication is a total “pinch-me” moment, and I’d love for you to take a peek! You can check out the digital version for free right here on the An Essex Wedding website.
Why I’m Obsessed with An Essex Wedding Magazine
As a local photographer, I’ve always turned to An Essex Wedding magazine to keep a pulse on what’s happening in our corner of the world. From the latest venue spotlights in Chelmsford, Halstead, and Harlow to real-life “colour pop” wedding stories, this publication is the gold standard for Essex couples.
Being featured on page 19 of An Essex Wedding magazine isn’t just about the “cool factor” for me. It’s a way to show you how my editorial style fits into the high-end landscape of weddings in our county. When you browse through the March/April 2026 issue, you’ll see a wealth of talent—from florists to bridal boutiques—all working together to create the luxury aesthetic that Essex is known for.
No Awkward Poses, Just Real Magic
If you’re anything like me, the thought of standing in a line for two hours doing “stiff” family portraits or being told to “look at each other and laugh” makes you cringe just a little. Most couples I talk to tell me they “hate having their photo taken,” and I totally get it!
That is exactly why my approach is different. I specialise in documentary-style wedding photography with an editorial edge. My style is all about:
- The Unscripted Moments: I’m there for the belly laughs, the happy tears, and the quiet glances you think nobody is watching.
- A Relaxed Vibe: No “false” or mechanical posing here. I want you to actually enjoyyour day, not feel like you’re on a never-ending photoshoot.
- Luxury with an Edge: It’s about high-end, magazine-quality images that still feel authentic.
Capturing the “Vibe” of Essex Weddings
Whether you’re tying the knot at a local hotspot mentioned in An Essex Wedding magazine—like Mulberry House or Braxted Park Estate—your photos should feel as timeless as the venue itself. My goal is to capture your day exactly how it felt, not just how it looked. I don’t do cheesy suggestions or forced smiles; I look for the “in-between” moments that tell the true story of your love.
By choosing a photographer featured in An Essex Wedding magazine, you’re choosing someone who understands the local industry inside and out. I love collaborating with other vendors found in these pages to ensure your day runs smoothly and looks incredible from every angle.

Frequently Asked Questions
How would you describe your wedding photography style?
My style is a blend of luxury editorial and candid documentary. I focus on capturing the day as it naturally unfolds—no stiff posing or forced smiles. Think of it as high-end, magazine-quality imagery (like you see in An Essex Wedding magazine) but with the heart and soul of real, unscripted moments.

We’re awkward in front of the camera, can you help?
Honestly, 99% of my couples say this! My “anti-pose” approach is designed specifically for people who hate being the centre of attention. I won’t give you cheesy suggestions; instead, I’ll give you space to be yourselves. By the time we’re ten minutes in, you’ll forget the camera is even there.
