Luxurious St Pauls & Pall Mall | London Wedding Photographer

LONDON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Luxurious St Pauls & Pall Mall as a London Wedding Photographer was a dream come true. Emily & Alexander chose one of the most iconic landmarks in the capital to get married and it didn’t disappoint one bit. It was a funny day for weather. Hot for the morning prep and then touch and go after the ceremony with ominous clouds forming while we did the couple shots.

The city offers a multitude of stunning venues and scenic backdrops. As a London wedding photographer, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless love stories in this vibrant city, and I can’t wait to hear about what you’ve got planned for your big day if you enjoy this blog.

One of the most prestigious wedding venues in London is St Paul’s Cathedral. This architectural masterpiece is not only a symbol of London’s rich history and culture but also a breathtaking setting for a wedding ceremony. Imagine exchanging your vows in the magnificent surroundings of this historic cathedral, with its stunning stained glass windows, intricate mosaics, and soaring dome.

The sheer beauty and grandeur of this venue will leave your guests in awe, and it’s perfect for a wedding ceremony. The stunning architecture and historical significance of St Paul’s Cathedral make it a truly unique backdrop and we utilised both inside and outside as best we could in the time we had there.

I whisked Emily & Alexander off to the grand steps, popular with tourists & we captured some truly romantic, breathtaking scenes. As a London wedding photographer of more than a decade now, I can honestly say that St Paul’s is one of the most luxurious wedding venues you could ever imagine for a couple to tie the knot.

My couple had planned their wedding logistics really well. We had a London bus waiting for us after the ceremony with champagne on the go as soon as we arrived.

Following the ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral, we had the reception at the luxurious 116 Pall Mall. This elegant and sophisticated venue offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it an ideal choice for your wedding celebration. Located in the heart of London, just a stone’s throw away from Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace, 116 Pall Mall is a prestigious and exclusive venue that will impress your guests to do end.

There are several reasons why 116 Pall Mall is the perfect choice for your wedding reception. Firstly, the venue boasts a stunning ballroom with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and grand architecture that exudes sophistication and elegance. The opulent décor and luxurious ambiance of 116 Pall Mall will create a romantic and glamorous setting for your reception, allowing you to celebrate in style and luxury.

As a London wedding photographer, I get to travel all over the capital, but few venues are better located that capture your heart immediately (especially with the grand staircase that looks like it was taken from the titanic).

Emily and Alexander used the ballroom to entertain the guests and then went into the main reception room at the back of the venue for the sit down meal, speeches and the party. They entered the room all smiles and those smiles kept coming during the speeches. London Wedding photography can be challenging regarding logistics, but when you get to look back at those memories that you capture, it makes it all worth while. I felt this when I was shooting the evening reception. It was the icing on the cake to a truly unforgettable day.

London wedding venues know how to create an ambience, and that’s one of the things that make London wedding photography so worthwhile. The grand reception room at 116 Pall Mall boasts a classy bar, dance floor and seating for 100+ guests. It’s everything you would need on your big day, and the best bit is that you don’t have to leave the room while it changes for the evening party. It’s big enough to accommodate the dance floor and all the tables and chairs.
